CVFIC Research Assistant
Job Descriptions:
- Works under the CVFIC (Central Visayas Food Innovation Center) Manager
- Implements food product development activities in the Center
- Assists the CVFIC Manager in supervision of the daily operations at the Center
- Supervises and coordinates the work of the lab technician/s
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate in BSChE, Food Tech, Food Science
- Knowledgeable in basic and applied research in food processing and related field
- Preferably with experience on developing quality control procedures and new products, devising techniques needed to produce the food and maintain quality during storage, and developing training manual on food technologies
- Creates and submits monitoring reports to project leader
