Job Description:

  • Performs the following tasks:
    • Ensuring that meetings are properly scheduled and organized
    • Answering phone calls and speaking with customers
    • Organizing office tasks
    • Taking down the minutes of the meeting
    • Maintaining an organized file system

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any bachelor’s degree
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Responsible and hardworking
