Senior High School,
Junior High School, and
Elementary New Students and
Transferees:

Graduate and Post Graduate Studies:

  1. Applicant’s Evaluation Sheet
  2. Employer-Certified Detailed Job Description
  3. Informative copy of the Transcript of Records (TOR) / If HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE, attach Form 138/Form 137. If COLLEGE LEVEL, attach Transcript of Records of the last school attended.
  4. PSA-Authenticated Birth Certificate
  5. Certificate of Transfer Credential
  6. PSA-Authenticated Marriage Certificate (for married women only)
  7. Certificate/s of Employment (COE)

ONLINE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

1. Admission application: https://cituweb.pinnacle.com.ph/aims/applicants/

2. Submission of Documents (link provided in step 1)

3. Application Confirmation – Enrollment confirmation will be sent through the applicant portal by the admission team within 3 working days.
**Note: Application submitted after office hours will be processed on the next working day.

4. Payment of Learning Management System Activation Fee (Onsite or Online) (Payment instruction is provided in step 3)

5. Study load – Your study load and Learning Management System account will be made available in the student portal (https://cituweb.pinnacle.com.ph/aims/students/) only after the crediting of payment.

Note:
Successful payments made through DRAGONPAY will be credited within 24 hours.
Payments made through other payment channels (Not paid through Dragonpay) will be validated within 5-7 working days upon submission of the proof of payment.

Moreover, payments NOT made through Dragonpay require submission of Proof of Payment. Once paid or settled your account, submit your proof of payment through this link-

ON-SITE ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

New students:

1. Registration/Encoding and Submission of Personal Data/Requirements
Proceed to OAS (Office of Admissions and Scholarships).

2. Encoding of Subjects
Proceed to ETO (Enrollment Technical Office).

3. Payment of Activation Fee
Proceed to the FAO (Finance and Accounting office).

4. AIMS Account Activation and ID Card Processing
Proceed to the ETO (Enrollment Technical Office).

NOTE: The ETO, OAS, and FAO are all located at the ground floor of the main building.

Transferees:

1. Registration/Uploading of Documents/Personal Data
Proceed to OAS (Office of Admissions and Scholarships) located at the ground floor of the main building.

2. Submission of Requirements and Final Instructions
Proceed to SAO (Student Affairs Office) located at the second floor of the main building.
