e-Learning Specialist:
Job Description:
- Design and develop eLearning materials for the university
- Gather information on the eLearning materials to be developed from the SMEs or other internal departments
- Develop and design eLearning materials using authoring tools
- Upload and make the materials available on LMS
- Support the deployment of the eLearning materials
- Recommend improvements based on own benchmarking and data gathered
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, multimedia arts, or other related fields
- Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to project implementation but fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in using multimedia tools for video, animation and other instructional technologies
- Ability to come up with visually appealing eLearning materials
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as a part of a team
