To welcome students to our Special Summer Term 2020, the virtual activities for the Welcome Week was made possible through the efforts of Engr. Erlyn Ivy Rago, Student Success Officer, in collaboration with the Student Affairs Office, Student Organization Leaders, and SPS Offices, Guidance Center; Learning Resource and Activity Center; Medical-Dental Clinic; and Technical Support Group, and our MADE4Learners.

University President Engr. Bernard Nicolas E. Villamor delivered his welcome message for the new MADE4Learners via Facebook Live to formally open the program last June 24, 2020. This was followed by a virtual small group GTKY activity of Student Org Leaders with the freshmen and transferees to orient and guide them on their first week. Teknoy Live Chat and Teknoy Trivia Sessions about CIT University and the MADE4Learning Framework were also running via Tatak Teknoy FB live to continuously engage with the students. For the WILDCATS CHALLENGE that happened last June 24-26, unique codes were given to students who visited and passed the challenges given by the SPS offices through their FB pages as a form of virtual tour. Moreover, TEKNOY JAM SESSIONS was prepared where Teknoy talent, Ms. Nash Casas, Wishcovery Season 2 First Runner Up, serenaded us with her renditions of Disney medley music and an OPM song. To cap off the week, a learning session on Road to Becoming an Effective MADE4Learner was scheduled last June 27 for the TEKNOY LIVE SESSION hosted by CIT University’s Honor Society.
